The Catholic Parish of Saint John Vianney, nestled in Mount Nod on the outskirts of the City of Coventry. Our parish, established in the late 1950s, was founded to serve the vibrant Catholic community emerging within the new housing estates on Coventry’s western side. Since its humble beginnings in 1959 at Allesley Hall School, our parish has grown in faith and fellowship. In 1962, a dedicated church was constructed at the heart of Mount Nod estate, and opened on 28th June, becoming a spiritual home for many.
Our parish today continues to be a place of welcome and worship for all people. You are most welcome to explore our website and learn more about our history. The life of prayer is at the heart of the mission of our parish, and you are most welcome to be part of our faith community. |
