We offer a friendly and safe environment for young people to gather together and have fun.
Some of our activities include: Games, Team building, Night prayer, Fundraising, Bowling, Theatre trips and Themed parties.
Come along and meet new friends.
Last week we welcomed Maria Bracken from Birmingham Catholic youth Services who ran a lively fun session for the children. They enjoyed participating in a selection of new icebreaker games, we had an auction and the night concluded with a very thoughtful night prayer.
The children have been very busy helping to put together some youth group rules, which will make up our Code of Conduct. We are collating all their suggestions and they will be typed up and given out to the children in the next coming weeks. The children and the parents will be asked to sign a copy.
We enjoyed an exciting session with Cafod who came to do a workshop with the children.
Maureen, Deborah, Nicola, Sharon and Nikki
We have been doing many great things so far this year and will continue our support for Mary's Meals.
We will also be working to support refugees especially those caught up in Calais.
The Youth Group are collecting donations of dried foods that can be taken over later in November.
